Traditional burning methods are damaging to the environment and heat recovery efficiency very low. All that remains after burning is ash that cannot be used effectively in fertilizing fields and gardens.
The system you are watching is a combination of Flox and Pyrolysis technology for burning Agricultural waste to dry agricultural product and recover Biochar. A very good technology for developing countries with large sources of biomass and agricultural waste but using backward combustion technology discharging much smoke, dust and noxious gas in the process of producing thermal energy for drying of agricultural products.
PPV-300 Pyrolysis & Flox does not release smoke, ask and Carbon monoxide is smaller 10mg/m3 of air, NOx, CO are extremely low thanks to the completed combustion. We derive the gas from agricultural waste for burning – such as rice husks, coffee husks, maize husks and cobs, spent mushroom sawdust substrate, sugar cane bagasse, coconut husks and fronds, and cashew shells.
Temperature inside of Burner reach to 1150 degree C will be used for Pyrolysis and some for Drying at 300 degree C.
